i've been working myself too much, too hard.
it feels like,
i've been torned apart.
my legs totally gave way during the 6 x 400m.
i saw it coming anyway.
after finishing the 3rd set,
the whole of the left thigh tighten up and the feeling was bad enough for me to remember it forever.
i think i attracted alot of attention when i was screaming and shouting in pain.
yes, super paiseh, but the pain was unbearable.
