ok, sat training was 1 set of 1000m, 500m and 200m in k2.
then headed down in k4 for our 1000m and it started raining like mad.
scary please. the rain was heavy and its quite painful.
vision was blur, water was choppy.

pack up, headed back to LSR to bathe.
Pokes picked me up from khatib and headed down to bugis.
