my eyes are closing anytime,
i got to hurry, packed, and head to bed!

Race was alright.
disappointment but yeah, its over.
paddled with a blank mind.
each time this kind of thing happen,
i'll reflect and think back.
then, i'll just tell myself.
i could have done better.

then took k4 down with the girls and hahaha, this is the best k4 training i had.
we were hardcore laughing.
boat was good, kicking have improved.
then capsized twice because of ADELINE! ROAR!
indeed, we had a great time laughing and shouting.
esp when they imitate the DB guys.

bursting was HIONG TTM!
but damn shiok!
then capsize and swam back to the pontooonnnn.

stayed behind and cleared the juniors training.

ice breakers and all.
cleared by 5.30.
batheeeeee.
Headed to tampines to eat dinner with pokes.
Shopped around after that.
then, walked to simei.

Then back home together with drey. :)

wheeee, talked and slept awhile in the train.
really tired.
training tomorrow followed by study session.
